Gillette Corporation (U.S.A)

We designed and set up a decision support system to fulfill the company's reporting needs. The environment was set up with Windows NT for an Operating System and Oracle as the RDBMS. OraTech Consulting prepared questionnaires for database sizing, inferred sizing from the collected data, installed Oracle, and setup the required databases.

Agfa Corporation (U.S.A)

We worked with a team from Delloite & Touche to implement the SAP ERP system. This project involved working on UNIX as well as Windows operating systems and the SAP/R3 ERP system. The OraTech consulting team designed and wrote data conversion and report generation scripts and performed all the data conversion activities. After the Delloite & Touche team had left, we provided support and wrote customized reports.

Sema Group Telecoms (U.S.A)

We worked as subcontractors in the implementation and support of Customer Acquisition Software (ConVerge) at various client sites. To this end the OraTech Consulting implementation team prepared questionnaires for database sizing, inferred sizing from the collected data, installed Oracle, setup databases, performed milestone reviews and installed and configured the ConVerge application. We also worked as part of the ConVerge development team from time to time. Moreover we tested and fixed upgrade scripts that were failing with customer data.

Wataniya (Kuwait)

We performed an implementation upgrade of the Customer Acquisition Software mentioned above, which we presently continue to support. We recently designed and developed a data mart solution for this same client. We are currently in the process of making enhancements to the XI module. We also provided services to review distribution channel operations, fulfillment management, accounting processes, and integration to business operation support systems.

Telephonica (Mexico)

We performed ConVerge training and upgrade, tuning of accounting applications and processes, and we continue to support this client from time to time.

Ethiopian Airlines Cargo Terminal (Ethiopia)

Ethiopian Airlines has implemented a state of the art Cargo terminal that automates cargo storage and retrieval processes, setting Ethiopian to be a cargo hub for this region. This terminal began operations in May 2006. We provided post implementation local Support services for the Inventory Control System and assisted day to day towards ensuring smooth systems operations.

Ethiopian Shipping Lines (Ethiopia)

We provided implementation assistance to Ernst & Young during the implementation of the SES shipping software. We also provided Oracle 9i training to the IT team.

Ethiopian Customs Authority (Ethiopia)

We provided the ASYCUDA team with oracle 9i training on the DBA as well as Developer track.

Sheraton Addis (Ethiopia)

We assisted in the upgrade of their hotel management software from FIDELIO to OPERA by providing Oracle 9i DBA training to their staff.

Federal Inland Revenue Authority (Ethiopia)

We provided the IT department with oracle 9i training on the DBA as well as Developer tracks to prepare them for the acceptance of the TIN and VAT systems which run on ORACLE.
